Terms and Conditions

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (“TC”) regulate relations between Tour Project Limited, a limited company performing under the name “LE GRAND” (“LG”) with company number 12098651, whose registered office is at Windsor House, 40/41 Great Castle Street, London, England, W1W 8LU, and its customers (as defined below).

TC Acceptance and enforceability
  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through LE GRAND, whether online or offline. By accessing the Website (as defined below) and/or making a purchase online, by phone, e-mail, or offline, directly from LG or through agents, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, purchases made through www.legrandbus.com, by phone, e-mail, or offline, directly from LG, or through agents are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  3. In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking or a purchase shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions for themselves and on behalf of any other persons named in the Booking.
  4. These Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations; we recommend you read them carefully.
Definitions

is a discretionary extra charge made for serving Customers in the amount of 12,5%;

Terms Of Use 
  1. All Website and LG services use is on the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to these conditions, cease use of the Website and LG services immediately.
  2. By using www.legrandbus.com or when making Bookings, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately.
  3. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use legrandbus.com content (including text, images, URLs, pricing information, etc.) in any way except for your own, personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of www.legrandbus.com content requires the prior written permission of LG.
  4. LG may change these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online.
Information provided by the Customer
  1. Customer-provided information includes, without limitation, text, images, audio material, video material, and audio-visual material that the Customer shared orally, by phone, via e-mail, Website, or by other means with LG for whatever purpose. The Customer-provided information may include financial information used to pay for Bookings and Additional Orders.
  2. LG will treat customer-provided personal data according to the Privacy Policy.
  3. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the details provided are correct and complete.
  4. the Customer agrees to provide the information (including payment details) orally, by phone, via e-mail, Website, or other means.
  5. Any information the Customer provides using the Website or when on board the LG vehicle shall be considered non-proprietary and non-confidential (except Personal Data Information). LG shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute, or use such information as it deems appropriate.
Booking
  1. The Website should be used for Regular Tour bookings for up to 5 people in one Booking. Specific seats and Amenities may be chosen online. Bookings are subject to seat availability.
  2. Bookings for groups of more than five people in one Booking should be done via e-mail at contact@legrandbus.com.
  3. Usually, only one place for a disabled Customer who requires wheelchair access is available per tour. For more information or specific details, the Customer should contact LG at contact@legrandbus.com before the Booking. Otherwise, the Customer may not be allowed on board even with Tickets.
  4. When making Bookings offline, the Customer cannot choose specific seats.
  5. Amenities can be ordered online when making the Booking or once on board. The exception will be alcoholic drinks that should be ordered online only before the tour starts. Onboard order of Amenities is subject to availability.
  6. Private Hire Bookings can be arranged only through e-mail at contact@legrandbus.com.
  7. A Private Hire Booking should be arranged in advance, especially for high-demand periods such as Christmas or Easter, a deposit can be required.
  8. a limited number of Customers can be allowed on board for the Private Hire. This is due to the space limitation and maximum loan requirement. If introduced by LG, the Organizer and Customers must respect this limit, and LG staff members have the right to refuse to allow Customers and guests above this limit.
  9. Children below age five are not allowed on board.
Pricing
  1. Regular Tour prices are per seat unless otherwise stated.
  2. Prices are subject to change until the Booking has been made and confirmed.
  3. For groups of 10 Customers or more within the same Booking, a discount may be issued by LG when making the Booking.
  4. There are no discounts for children or senior persons.
  5. Different seats may have different prices.
  6. Should one Customer require an individual table with two or more seats – special tariffs will apply as per information on the Website.
  7. Prices for food and beverages are set per unit.
  8. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes, charges, or fees.
  9. Prices do not Include (unless stated otherwise) – gratuities to the guide, driver, or tour manager.
  10. Gratuities are at the Customer’s discretion.
  11. Price information is contained on the Website and in the Menus distributed on board a LG vehicle.
  12. Regular Tour Tickets are non-refundable.
Payment
  1. LG accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and some other cards as may be specified in the payment section of the Website.
  2. Payments for online Bookings should be made online.
  3. Payments for the group Bookings can be made online, by a wire transfer, or via a link sent by e-mail to the Customer.
  4. Payment for Bookings or Additional Orders is considered to be completed in full when LG has received the total amount for the Bookings or the Additional Orders on its bank account.
  5. No Customer is allowed on board before the payment has been completed in full. LG reserves the right to claim the full payment from the Customer for products sold and services provided.
  6. Customers are responsible for using credit cards and other valid payment methods.
  7. Customer must pay for using products and services of LG.
  8. By providing the credit (or debit) card information, the Customer gives authorization to LG to debit the credit (or debit) card for deposit, Booking, or Additional Order (whatever is applicable). By that, the Customer confirms to be the holder of the credit (or debit) card and that the name on the card belongs to the Customer. All payments made are secured through the payment service provider. Apart from that, to keep you safe from fraud, you may be asked for an authentication code by your bank to verify your payment or to make another type of payment confirmation.
  9. The Customer declares and confirms being fully aware of the characteristics and limits of the Internet network by which LG makes the Website and payment systems available. The Customer, therefore, agrees that:
    • the transmission of data over the Internet only carries relative technical reliability, as they travel on heterogeneous networks with varying technical characteristics and capacities, which are sometimes saturated at certain times of day;
    • data circulating on the Internet is not protected against possible misappropriation and can be captured by the information disseminated;
    • it is impossible to control the use that could be made of it by third parties on the Internet.

As a result, LG cannot be held liable for any of the events above. LG shall not be liable for any force majeure, including the malfunction of the Internet, telephone lines, or reception equipment preventing or hindering the use of the Website.

Amendments, Cancellations and Reimbursements
  1. LG may cancel the Regular Tour and any Private Hire at any moment before the planned start time.
  2. In case of cancellation by LG, the Booking price will be refunded to the card used within a reasonable timeframe. LG is not responsible and will not reimburse any expenses by Customers, or by their guests, or third parties incurred in relation to the canceled Regular Tour or Private Hire (such as transportation to the tour starting location, etc.).
  3. LG may delay the time of a Regular Tour and any Private Hire. LG is not responsible and will not reimburse any expenses by Customers, or by their guests, or by third parties incurred in relation to the delay of the Regular Tour or of a Private Hire.
  4. LG is not responsible and will not reimburse the Price of the Gift Certificate if lost or unused during its validity time.
  5. LG will not reimburse the remaining amount of the Gift Certificate if the total amount was not used.
  6. LG will not reimburse nor grant another promo code if the one in the Customer’s possession is no longer valid.
  7. The Customer shall have the right to cancel the Booking for the Regular Tour for whatever reason by sending an e-mail to contact@legrandbus.com. No refund nor reimbursement will be paid for any cancellation.
  8. LG shall not be liable and will not reimburse the Booking Price nor related expenses nor in part nor in full in case the Customer missed the departure time for whatever reason.
  9. If the date or time is no longer suitable for the Customer, the Customer shall have the right to claim the change of the date or time of the Booking by sending an e-mail to contact@legrandbus.com at least 72 hours before the existing Booking time. Such Customer requests shall be processed by LG only if they contain the complete Booking information, the Ticket, a valid telephone number, and the new suggested date and time of a Regular Tour. LG will check the request and the availability and, if such availability exists, will issue a new Ticket to the Customer.
  10. If there is more than one seat in one Booking, all those seats shall be treated as one. No date or time split is possible.
  11. Customers shall have the right to cancel the Booking for the Private Hire at any time by sending an e-mail to contact@legrandbus.com. If such a cancellation is done no less than 30 calendar days before the date of the Private Hire, then LG will refund 90% of the Private Hire Booking Price. If such cancellation is done less than 30 but no more than 14 calendar days before the date of the Private Hire, then LG will refund 40% of the Private Hire Booking Price. If such cancellation is done less than 14 calendar days before the date of the Private Hire, then LG will keep the total Private Hire Booking Price.
  12. Any substantial (more than 20 percent) decrease in value of the Private Hire Booking requested by the Customer will be considered as cancellation. It will be treated according to clause ten above.
  13. If the air conditioning or washroom on the LG vehicle is not operational, then no refund will be made.
  14. If there is a change in the itinerary, then no refund will be made.
  15. In the event of unforeseen weather or traffic conditions, a refund of 25% of the Booking Price will only be given if the delay is longer than one hour.
  16. Once approved, we will try to process any refunds within 5 -10 working days.
  17. Refunds will only be made to the same payment method used for the initial Booking.
Tickets
  1. Customers who made a Booking will receive the Ticket via e-mail. We do not require Customers to print out the Ticket and bring the printed copy. The Customer will be required to show the Ticket on a smartphone or a tablet to a member of the LG staff at the Customer boarding point.
  2. Customers must present the Ticket and the credit card used to purchase proof of ID.
  3. LG reserves the right to refuse any Tickets presented without the details of the credit card used to make the purchase.
  4. LG reserves the right to refuse any Tickets presented if the Ticket information doesn’t match the information in the LG booking system.
  5. All Regular Tour tickets purchased are non-refundable
Date and Time of Departure and Duration
  1. Regular Tour departure dates and times are announced on the Website and indicated on Tickets.
  2. The Private Hire departure date, time, and duration are set by an agreement between LG and the Organizer and indicated on the Ticket.
  3. Date of departure and collection times are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur.
  4. Regular Tour lasts approximately 80 minutes. During peak times, it may take longer.
Itineraries, Pickups & Returns
  1. Customers for the Regular Tours will be picked up and dropped off at only authorized locations in central London (unless stated otherwise during the tour). The Departing Stop for Regular Tours is indicated on the Website and the Ticket.
  2. The itinerary for each Regular Tour is indicated on the Website and the Ticket.
  3. LG and the Organizer will agree upon the departing location, itinerary, and drop-off point for Private Hire. This information will be indicated on the Ticket.
Smoking, Food & Drink
  1. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted on board.
  2. Customers should bring no food or drinks on board. Only food and beverages ordered within the Booking and/or Additional Orders will be offered to Customers.
  3. LG will not be responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur even if a Customer communicates the information about an allergy or nutritional intolerance to a member of LG staff.
  4. Food and beverage consumption in a moving vehicle may be uncomfortable due to frequent stops, turns, etc., and requires a lot of care and tolerance. Customers will be served in open plates, cups, and glasses. It is not in LG but in the Customer’s full responsibility for careless handling of food and drinks, spilling or overturning dishes, staining on clothes, and any inconvenience caused.
  5. LG shall not be liable for any health issues or damages caused to Customers due to the service, handling, or consumption of any food and beverages (including hot beverages) in the LG vehicle.
  6. Customers or third parties acting on their behalf or in their interests agree to keep LG and any member of its staff free from any claim and free from any liability for any damage caused as a result or in connection with the service, handling and/or consumption of any food and beverages in the LG vehicle.
  7. We do not offer Travel Insurance. We strongly recommend Customers to purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy before departure.
  8. We do not take orders from children under 16 unless an adult accompanies them.
  9. We do not serve alcoholic spirits to Customers under 18 years old. We strongly recommend bringing a valid ID with you should a member of the LG staff ask for age confirmation.
  10. Food and beverages onboard are offered under the brand name LE GRAND Luxury Tours.
Special Requirements 
  1. It is particularly important that LG is advised of any disabilities and if a Customer intends to bring any specialist equipment such as a wheelchair. If a Customer has a medical condition, please consult a Doctor if there is a doubt about the Customer’s suitability to travel.
  2. There is space for only one wheelchair in the LG vehicle. We cannot offer an additional space even if a wheelchair may be folded. With all our respect and desire to assist, LG will be obliged to cancel the Ticket and refuse the boarding of a person with a wheelchair that has not been authorized at Booking and before the Booking being made (such authorization should be stated on the Ticket).
  3. Customers with crutches should be reported before booking to ensure that the LG vehicle has a seat suitable to accommodate such a person. With all our respect and desire to assist, LG will be obliged to cancel the Ticket and refuse boarding a person with crutches who has not been authorized at Booking and before the Booking is made (such authorization should be stated in the Ticket).
  4. LG cannot provide any seats for Customers in wheelchairs on the upper deck. Similarly, as there is no lift at the LG vehicle, seats on the upper deck are only accessible to Customers who can go up the stairs in the LG vehicle.
  5. Prams, bassinets, and pushchairs are not permitted on board. Highchairs are not available either.
Luggage
  1. There is limited to no availability to store luggage on board. Only small handbags are permitted.
  2. With all our respect and desire to assist, LG staff members may decide to cancel the Ticket and not let onboard a Customer carrying luggage.
  3. Any items left on the coach are at the owner’s risk. LG will not take any responsibility for loss or damage to these items.
Tour Information
  1. Seat information is on the Ticket. Each Customer has dedicated seats that have been selected during online Booking. Customers should not change seats without the permission of a LG team member.
  2. Customers who made a Booking offline will get a seat indicated by a LG team member.
  3. Admission to the tour will only be valid for the time and date indicated on the Ticket. Customers should arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
  4. LG reserves the right to cancel any tour at full discretion. LG also reserves the right to alter at any time any price, itinerary, or offer a replacement of a food or beverage selected by Customer. Every endeavor will be made to advise Customers in advance of any alterations that are deemed necessary.
  5. Should the Customer fail to arrive or arrive late at the Departure point, the Regular Tour will not be delayed to wait for this Customer, and no liability will be accepted.
  6. Audio guides in 6 languages are available: English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, and Russian.
  7. Wi-Fi is available to Customers for no additional charge and is subject to a fair data usage limit.
Gift Certificates and Promo codes
  1. Gift Certificates and Promo codes can only be redeemed online.
  2. All Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. One Gift Certificate may be used for several Bookings until the total amount of the Gift Certificate is used.
  5. Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue (unless a fixed date or deadline is specified).
  6. The amount of the Gift Certificate will be deducted from the Booking amount only when making an online booking.
  7. Customers may use Promo codes that are in their possession to pay for the seat on a Regular Tour. The Promocode can’t be used to pay for food, beverages, or Additional Orders.
Accident Or Loss
  1. Other than liability for death or personal injury resulting from a LG member of staff negligence or that of LG staff (if acting within the course of their employment), or agents or sub-contractors (if acting within the course of their appointment) or for any matter for which it would be illegal for LG to exclude, attempt to exclude or limit LG’s liability, LG, its employees, agents or sub-contractors shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising, including without limitation any distress, delay, inconvenience or anxiety caused during the Regular Tour or Private Hire and/or during the evacuation from LG vehicle or its vicinity in the event of breakdown or accident or other reason.
  2. LG liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum refund of the Booking Price.
General Conditions
  1. No agent or proprietor of ours can vary these Terms and Conditions, and any such purported variation shall be of no effect unless it has been signed by one of LG Directors.
  2. All matters concerning this Booking shall be subject to English Law.
  3. Please visit the gov. uk website for rules on Covid passes and any ‘testing’ requirements to see if they are required for Regular Tours or Private Hire.
  4. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult, aged 14 years or over while on or near the tour. Such children shall always remain under the control and supervision of such adults.
  5. A LG member of staff reserves the right, at their absolute discretion, and LG shall have no further liability, to require any Customer to withdraw from any tour (whether before, during, or after the tour) (without warning) any Customer who:
    • has been convicted of a criminal offense which, in the opinion of a LG member of staff, is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other Customers;
    • has behaved in a manner that LG members of staff consider likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other Customers or tour staff (including, without limitation, unnecessary noise (whether from mobile phones or personal stereos or otherwise));
    • has used threatening, abusive, or insulting language or behavior or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner that may provoke a breach of the peace;
    • is or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
    • does not have a valid Ticket;
    • accesses any area of the LG vehicle other than the areas designated for access by Consumers; or
    • does not comply with all or part of the tour Terms and Conditions.
  6. Customers must keep their personal belongings with them at all times. LG accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to any personal items brought onto the LG vehicle.
  7. For the safety of all, Customers are admitted subject to a condition that, if requested, they will allow themselves and/or their belongings to be searched. The following items may not be brought to the tour: weapons, fireworks, (smoke) bombs, glass bottles, flammable liquids, or other articles that may cause injury. Customers who refuse themselves and/or their belongings to be searched or who are found in possession of such items will be denied entry to the LG vehicle or will be removed from the LG vehicle.
  8. throwing any waste or article is prohibited, as well as damaging the LG vehicle and equipment.
  9. Pets and other animals (except for guide or hearing dogs) are strictly prohibited in all LG vehicles.
  10. From time to time, LG or other authorized LG parties may carry out photograph and/or video recording and/or other monitoring in the LG vehicle or in the vicinity, which may feature consumers. By accepting these terms and conditions, Customers agree that LG or any authorized party may carry out such recordings and use such images in perpetuity for security purposes and monitoring, promotional, advertising, or publicity material in any form whatsoever. Customers further agree that the copyright of these materials rests with LG or such authorized party (as the case may be).
  11. Immediately after termination of the Regular Tour or Private Hire, Customers must return unbroken all items received or borrowed for the purpose or in connection to services provided by LG.
Cookies

Cookies are small files placed on the Customer’s computer or device by the Website when the Customer visits certain parts of the Website and/or when he/she uses certain features of the Website. The Customer can decline/accept the use of the cookies. Please note, in case of cookies declining, access to the services on the Website may be altered or even denied.

Intellectual property
  1. The Website and all its elements are the property of LG.
  2. All rights to the Website and its content shall be subject to an advance written authorization from LG.
  3. Intellectual property and author rights for the Website and material used remain exclusively with LG, even in case all or some elements are used by third parties for whatever purpose.
  4. LG vehicle design, seat configuration, and design are property of LG.
  5. No Customers nor third parties are authorized to reproduce any part of the Website and design without advance written consent from LG.
Evidence of proof
  1. You agree to make Bookings and payments for LG products and services using available means of communication, and you confirm the authenticity, validity, and sufficiency of information received and kept by LG.
  2. The complete evidentiary force applies to ticking the words “I accept the Terms and Conditions.”

However, sometimes things do not go according to plan, and if you feel that we have not lived up to your expectations or that we could improve our service in some way.
